I started Fixlution with the idea that people start small businesses to do what they love. I love what I do and I want to help other business owners sleep well at night knowing that their business is safe from disaster and built to last so they can focus on doing what they love!

My name is Jim Callen and I’ve been fascinated with technology since before I could read. I remember when I was 5, seeing the New England Telephone man working on a nest of tangled, colored wires and being mesmerized and how he knew exactly where to put every single one to make it so we could all talk on the phone. I was hooked! I fell in love and today I am a technology wrangler.

Our mission at Fixlution is to provide all of the normal services you've come to expect from your average computer repair depot like Staples or Geek Squad. In addition to repairs, we also provide A-Z consulting and design services that business owners need from time to time. Everything from building data centers to making sure that you can recover from a disaster.
